Urethral Lenghtening

Urethral Lenghtening as performed by Dr Miro:

Phase 1 = Extension of original urethra to 1/3rd or half of the penis
Phase 2 = Buccal Mucosa graft (that has to settle for a few months)
Phase 3 = Canal Tubularization (closure of the final canal)
